Wli Waterfalls is the Volta Region's most dramatic waterfall visit. The lower falls are reachable by an easier guided forest walk, while the upper falls need more stamina and better shoes. The late-afternoon fruit-bat flight can be a highlight if timing works.
Food and lodging are usually handled through guesthouses, lodges, and basic stalls around Wli and Hohoe. The area rewards a weekend stay because you can add Liati Wote, Tagbo Falls, or Mount Afadjato without rushing.
