Reports help Habivista remove unsafe listings and identify repeat offenders. Report early, even if you are not fully sure.
When to report
- The property photos look stolen or cloned.
- The agent asks for money before a viewing.
- The listed advance exceeds legal residential limits.
- The agent claims a false licence, company, or owner relationship.
- A message contains threats, harassment, or pressure.
- The property is unavailable but still advertised as active.
- Payment details changed suddenly after you agreed terms.
What evidence to include
- Listing URL.
- Agent name, phone number, and agency name.
- Screenshots of messages.
- Receipts or payment references.
- Photos or videos from the viewing.
- A short timeline of what happened.
What happens after submission
The trust and safety team reviews the report, checks account and listing history, and may contact the agent or agency for evidence. Serious issues can lead to listing removal, account restriction, verification review, or referral to the appropriate authority.
